when i drive, especially alone i get into a zone.. a lot of communication ,guidance comes for me. i can raise my vibrations as i drive. i love taking my oldest to school in the morning. i leave my toddler at home with the other two older children and i am back before they have to catch the bus. on the return drive home, i start chanting, loudly..whatever feels appropriate at the time. i know i can chant throughout the day but there is just something about raising the tone and chanting through the back road , all quiet, no one around to interrupt.if you have heard dr.wayne dyer cd, he does a jappa meditation using the sound ahhhh and affirmations in the morning and om’s in the evening using afirmations. i loved this especially when driving in the morning.Gav and I do other chants throughout the day or at bedtime. another favourite is for the goddess Kuan Yin( i have seen this spelled different ways) the one gav likes is OM MANI PADME HUM(pronounced hoom). you could say love over and over,  believe over and over.. so many
