it takes a lot of work to stand up and feel worthy and of value. it is so quickly diminished when we give our power to others . allowing others thoughts or perceptions  to cloud our thoughts, old perceived hurts, actions against us dampens our light.when we have been conditioned that our happiness , joy and worth is measured by other peoples thoughts and judgments it is a hard wall to break down. re-learning to stand tall and re-member that it is all within ourselves, our divine light from our higher power that matters. our own inner compass that directs us to our greatest joys. no-one else’s.

i am affirming i will follow my compass. i trust my inner guide and it will lead me to great joy.
